The Turner Group conducted a space usage analysis of the largest academic building in the University of Maine System.  The end result included solutions for reorganization, rejuvenation, and expansion for a comprehensive Capital Plan. 

Challenges included extensive renovation to develop a healthy learning environment, building reorganization to create diverse, user-friendly study and work spaces, and major improvements to create progressive classrooms, teaching, and research laboratories.
