The collapse of part of the roof was only the start of the emergency.  Upon opening the walls and ceilings, substantial mold growth was discovered.

The Turner Group’s building scientists analyzed the root cause of the problems, developed innovative solutions, achieved public agency approval, and commenced construction in an unprecedented short amount of time. 

The contractor was selected on the basis of ability to perform the work (construction management), NOT low bid.  Work was in progress 24/7.
