The H.L. Turner Group Inc. was selected by the Auburn School District as architects and engineers for the assessment, full design, and construction administration for the renovation and addition for Auburn Village School K-8 facility.

Our staff performed a detailed evaluation of age, condition, and remaining life for the facility and site location, including verification of code compliance, future needs, and cost breakdown of different options.  Our report served as the basis for the district’s master plan and was used as a key resource for budgeting, maintenance scheduling, and future plans.  

This project included a 38,000 square foot addition with 37,000 square feet of renovation.  The $14 million dollar project  included facility and site assessment; staff dialogues and community engagement space planning.  

 The Turner Group delivered the project on time and on budget.
