The Turner Group was retained to rehabilitate an abandoned, three story, masonry textile mill located in the Killingly, Connecticut area.  This project included the design of 80 new condominium units, including a free standing structure to house future units.  In addition, the project included retail space.  The site is located next to a canal scheduled to be rejuvenated for public open space.  The entire project was a sustainable, healthy design, and brought new life to the neighborhood.
