The Turner Group was selected to analyze possibilities for future development of a ‘core’ facility including expansion of either one of the two existing facilities, adaptive reuse of the Sons of Italy Hall, or development of a new site.

The greatest challenge in developing each of these potential new collaborative facilities was balancing the desire for high quality professional development training space to sustain all NRC programs and initiatives within the reality of a modest budget.
