The Turner Group was selected to help consolidate the two campuses with an approximate seven mile separation, with its only access through a heavily trafficked and commercialized artery of Hooksett, and still allow the school provisions for expansion and restructuring.

Utilizing existing and future space needs analysis, expansion program goals, and the existing land base, evaluations were conducted of the land parcels for various traffic and parking flows, pedestrian access, and inter-building movements.
