This building design incorporated upgrades to the envelope and HVAC systems bringing the complex up to code and energy requirements.

One of the challenges of the project was to establish focal points in the building.  A new entry outside and columns with color inside, created landmarks that helped to locate departments and people.

The new space plan fosters teaming between departments and provides a more efficient flow of personnel - a "high performance workspace".
